A servant leader, and visionary developer, LaTanya RS Wilson has spent over two decades turning her dreams and others into thriving relationships, and transforming limited resources into lasting legacies. As the Founder and Chief Servant Officer of Helping Others Embrace Manifestation (H.I.M.) Foundation Inc., she has built her life’s work around one unwavering belief: that everyone deserves the dignity of opportunity.

With over $32.8 million in secured grant funding for municipalities, to now developing her first fully gated 160+/- home mixed-use development underway in Eight, Alabama — complete with a Safe Haven for children and a community clubhouse — and a career spanning economic development, municipal partnerships, real estate, healthcare administration, and taxation law, LaTanya is the rare professional who doesn’t just sit at the table. She builds it.

Her work is rooted in integrity, knowledge, strength, and real estate — the four pillars that define not just her brand, but her character. Over the past two decades, she has cultivated invaluable relationships with mayors, council members, and key stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions, establishing herself as a trusted advisor who navigates complex projects from conception to completion and beyond.

Armed with a Master of Laws in Taxation, a Master’s in Healthcare Administration, a Bachelor’s in Accounting, and distinguished alumni standing in the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, she pairs academic excellence with field-tested execution. Her specialized certifications in stormwater management, planning and zoning, project management, and property management ensure every project she touches is built to last — legally, financially, and structurally.
